Our Story
Domonique Hammer and Josh Hammer embarked on parallel engineering careers in the industrial and construction sectors, both deeply rooted in a commitment to national security. As their paths converged into Department of Defense (DoD) contracting, they found themselves at the forefront of the nascent phases of cybersecurity implementation. Drawing on their combined experience, they witnessed firsthand the critical intersection between technology and safeguarding the nation's interests.

The turning point came when Domonique, inspired by the birth of her first child, decided to forge a new path. Recognizing the need for a fresh approach to cybersecurity, she left her corporate career to establish H&V Facility Solutions. Her vision was to introduce innovative methodologies to the market, elevating the standards for cyber work in the context of national security.

In the early stages of H&V Facility Solutions, Domonique navigated the complexities of entrepreneurship, securing the company's certification as a Small Business Administration (SBA) Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business. This achievement underscored H&V Facility Solutions' commitment to diversity and excellence in a male-dominated industry.

During this transformative period, the Hammers developed a valuable friendship with Ryan Vickery, a healthcare professional with a passion for financial education. Collaborating closely, they combined their expertise to establish a unique company ethos.
